XML Gallery Component was designed to be very simple to integrate into existing flash projects. Besides being able to customize all colors, sizes, positioning and fonts, you can also create your own buttons and arrows, and utilize numerous methods and event listeners to get it to work just the way your project requires. In the above demo I disabled the transition effect by setting the friction variable to "1" in xml, and used thumbClick event to make the thumbnail’s alpha "0" to begin with, then gradually fading it in. Download above example (watermarked), including .fla and xml.
